The question is ultimately this - where is Heaven? His body still exists in all of it's glory somewhere, so where? Is Heaven a localized place that we can find? Is it outside of time and space? And if so, how does His body reside there? That was the point - He stills reigns with His glorified body but nobody can point it out on a map and say 'there it is'. Hopefully that clears my point up a bit?

Thank you for joining in the celebration Sunday and for your prayers and support!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17283362806340772938noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7966225574525746083.post-73231100945510056142011-06-06T23:25:18.041-05:002011-06-06T23:25:18.041-05:00Father Brent, could you please clarify a bit what ...Father Brent, could you please clarify a bit what you meant by saying that it is a mystery where Jesus, in His glorified body, is now - that we don't know where He dwells?

It is in the Creed, and you mentioned it above as well that Jesus ascended to Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

I always think of Him there, and also in the Most Holy Eucharist, where we can adore Him in His risen, glorified body, as well as receive Him in the Most Holy Eucharist.

I'm sure I am missing the point you were trying to make.

I was privileged to be at your Thanksgiving Mass on Sunday, and it was truly beautiful. I loved all the Latin, and especially the blessing you gave in Latin at the end of Mass.

May God truly bless you as you begin your first assignment as His priest. May you "set the world on fire," to paraphrase St. Catherine of Siena. God bless you always!Patriciahttp://theholyfaceofjesus.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
